Real estate photography documents a space for listings — wide-angle, even lighting, fast turnaround — built to help a viewer understand the layout and book a viewing. Interior design photography tells the story of the design itself: material, light, proportion, atmosphere. It’s built to make the work undeniable in a designer’s portfolio, in print magazines, on social, and in client presentations. Real estate shots are functional; interior design shots are editorial. CEMA specialises in the second — with HDR retouching, cinematic lighting, and an editorial eye built for designers, architects, and luxury developers.

For private interiors, the property owner’s permission is sufficient — no government permit required. For aerial drone work over UAE airspace, GCAA and DCAA permits are mandatory. CEMA is fully licensed and handles every permit, no-fly clearance, and airspace filing in-house, so clients never deal with paperwork. Standard lead time for drone permits is 7–10 working days, which we factor into your timeline.

Editorial photography stills: 7–10 working days for the full retouched gallery, with selects shared within 48 hours of the shoot. Cinematic interior films: 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Short-form reels: 7–14 days. For time-sensitive launches we offer rush turnaround — just flag it in your brief.

Yes — we shoot regularly across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the wider UAE, with international assignments scoped per-project. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are covered at standard rates with no travel uplift. Further destinations have travel costs itemized transparently — we never mark up travel.

Every CEMA interior session includes a pre-shoot strategy call, optional location scout, full production day(s) with HDR editorial photography, color grading and retouching, and final delivery in every format you’ll need — print, web, vertical, and source files. Two rounds of revisions are built into every project at no extra cost.

Yes. Our services are modular: book interior photography, architectural videography, aerial drone work, FPV cinematography, brand films, or reels — individually or bundled. Most clients start with one format and add the other once they see the results. Bundling typically reduces total cost by 15–25%. For non-interior projects we also offer Ads & Commercials and Personal Branding production.
