Single-asset commercial spots with talent, locations, and full post-production start at AED 15,000. Multi-asset campaign systems (TVC + social cuts + product films + stills) typically run AED 35,000 – 120,000+ depending on talent, locations, and scope. CEMA shares specific numbers in a tailored packages book — request it via the form with your brief.
Single short-form ads: 2–3 weeks from brief to final cut. Full TV commercials with talent and multiple locations: 4–8 weeks including pre-production, shoot day(s), and post. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive launches — just flag it in your brief.

Standard packages include perpetual, worldwide rights for the brand’s own channels (web, social, paid social). TV broadcast rights, OOH usage, and paid YouTube TrueView placements are scoped per campaign. Talent and music licensing terms are documented transparently in the proposal.
Yes. We produce bilingual ads as standard for UAE brands — Arabic and English voice-over, subtitles, and on-screen typography. Native Arabic creative supervision is included for the brands that need it.
