How soon can we shoot and how long is the turnaround?

• Typical scheduling is 3–7 days out.
• Turnaround: Starter 48 hours; Showcase 5–7 working days; Signature 7–10; Elite Campaign 10–14.

What formats do you deliver?

• Photos: high-res JPEG + web-optimized set.
• Video: 4K horizontal (YouTube/website) + vertical (Instagram/TikTok). Captions and thumbnail frames on request.

Do you handle drone permissions and location permits?

• Yes—CEMA manages permits where required. Airspace or community restrictions may apply; we’ll confirm feasibility during pre-production.

What about revisions?

• Photos: global color pass + 5 detailed retouches included per set.
• Video: 2 review rounds included (editorial + polish). Additional revisions are available as an add-on.

Can we get the raw footage?

• Yes—available as an add-on with drive transfer or upload (rates depend on size). We’ll also deliver clean master exports.

Do you provide talent, voiceover, and music licensing?

• Yes—talent casting, VO in EN/AR, and licensed music are available. We never use unlicensed tracks.

How should we prepare the site?

• Complete styling and cleaning before arrival; remove visible clutter; ensure access/parking and power. We’ll send a prep checklist.

What are the payment terms?

• 50% to book the date, 50% on delivery. For Elite Campaigns, split milestones are available.

What usage rights are included?

• Perpetual, non-transferable rights for your brand’s marketing across web, social, and presentations. Third-party usage (e.g., suppliers, magazines) can be added.
