01 What your deposit covers

Your 50% deposit reserves a specific shoot date and starts the production workflow — location scouting, scope confirmation, equipment prep. Mohamed will reach out on WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment to lock your exact shoot slot and share a short prep checklist.

The remaining 50% is due before final high-resolution files are released.

02 Refund window

• 48+ hours before shoot: full deposit refund, no questions asked.
• Within 48 hours of shoot: deposit converts to a one-time credit toward a rescheduled shoot within 30 days.
• No-show or same-day cancellation: deposit forfeited.

If CEMA cancels or reschedules for any reason — illness, equipment failure, weather — your deposit transfers fully to the rescheduled date, or is refunded in full at your option.

03 Rescheduling

• Free reschedule with 48+ hours notice.
• Within 48 hours: one rescheduled date allowed using the existing deposit. Further reschedules forfeit the deposit.
• Same-day reschedules forfeit the deposit unless caused by CEMA.

04 Delivery timelines

Counted from shoot day:

Same-day rush delivery (24-hour turnaround) is available as an add-on at AED 2,500.

05 Revisions

Up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable are included in every Session. Additional revisions beyond that are quoted as scope work.

06 Travel

• Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi: included in all Session prices — no extra travel cost.
• Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah: travel add-on may apply, quoted before booking is confirmed.
• Outside the UAE: quoted per project (flights, accommodation, day rate adjustment).

07 Scope

The scope agreed at booking — rooms, hours, deliverables — is locked. Added rooms, extra hours, or extra deliverables require a re-quote and may extend delivery timelines.

08 File release

• Watermarked previews are shared first for approval.
• High-resolution final files are released after the remaining 50% balance is paid.
• Files are delivered via secure download link, available for 30 days.

09 Usage rights

Upon final payment, the client owns the delivered files outright for commercial and personal use. CEMA retains a non-exclusive right to feature the work in its portfolio, website, and social channels — unless the client explicitly opts out in writing before the shoot.

10 Confidentiality

CEMA respects client confidentiality. Unreleased property addresses, brand campaigns, or NDA-protected scopes will not be shared in any portfolio without written consent.

11 Liability

CEMA’s liability for any claim is limited to the value of the session paid. Force majeure events — natural disaster, government action, public-safety orders — suspend obligations on both sides.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved through the courts of Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone or as mutually agreed.
